Hey everyone, I started this community because I didn't find one that was related to spirituality in general. Hopefully more users will join in the next few days and we can create a positive and supportive environment to share spiritual experiences, beliefs, and questions. I figured we could start with a simple thread to introduce ourselves and talk a little about how spirituality plays a part in our life. Feel free to comment below and welcome!

Asana Wisdom
cross-posted from: > “In asana our eyes are open, our ears are open, our minds are open, our hearts are open. As the months turn into years, we realize that our practice is a long unfolding, an opening into promise. We learn to stand easy, firm, and relaxed, and our problems become the open windows of opportunity.” > –Rolf Gates

The real juice of life
“The real juice of life, whether it be sweet or bitter, is to be found not nearly so much in the products of our efforts as in the process of living itself, in how it feels to be alive.” George Leonard
